Pumpkin Carving

We carved 2 pumpkins last night. Isaac had a blast! He wanted to eat it though..he tasted the stringy inside, the seeds, and the rind itself! Silly boy!

After his bath the other night while I was in the kitchen doing dishes, Isaac decided to lay on Ruger and play his kazoo. Ruger was so tired from hunting earlier with Daddy that he didn't seem to mind.

When watching Liam the other day, I gave Isaac and him both some juice and went in the kitchen. When I came back in the living room Isaac had decided that Liam needed some help. I was SO cute! And Liam didn't seem to mind he just kept patting Isaac.

Halloween party

I joined the MOMS club of Marquette Co last month, and Isaac has been having a blast playing with other kids. They go to the Children's museum twice a month, have a play group once a month, and do a bunch of other stuff. I think it's really good for Isaac to play with all of the other kids his age. Tonight was a Halloween party. Isaac had a lot of fun, but he was tired and I think a bit overwhelmed. He really didn't know what to make of some of the costumes at first. He was going up to the kids that were dressed as animals and grabbing their tails. It was so cute! I am so excited for Halloween!

I also am excited that I got Isaac into a playgroup every Friday at a local church! I just know he's going to have so much fun.

Today was BEAUTIFUL!

Today was a BEAUTIFUL day! It got up to 70! So we went for a walk in the woods. It was so nice out we stopped at home to change Isaac into a short sleeve shirt. The poor guy was sweating! He had a blast running on the trail, and picking up what seemed like every stick. He won't sit still long enough to get a good picture of him, and when he does sit still he refuses to look at the camera! We had a fun day! Tomorrow is supposed to be nice too! I can't wait.

It was a nice day Monday (9-29-08) So we took a hike up sugarloaf. I took Isaacs halloween bucket, thinking he would want to put leaves or pinecones in it. But he really didn't want to. He just carried it.

He was tired of walking so he just sat down.

6 Months ago today we brought our Son home. It really doesn't seem like it's been that long. He has made us SO happy. We waited so long for him to come home, there were times I thought it would never happen. When it did it didn't seem real. But today I have never been happier! Isaac is such a joy. I love when he wakes up in the morning and gives me kisses and hugs, he is always all smiles. He is talking more and more, copying things we say...and do. He loves his dog Ruger, and is always asking where he is. And he LOVES to dance. Every time he hears music, either on the radio, or on tv...he stops and dances. And he wants us to dance too!

Isaac you have made us so happy! We LOVE you baby boy! And we are so lucky to have you as our son!
