Isaac 2yrs old. 1st Birthday home.

Today is Isaac's 3rd birthday, and the 2nd one we get to celebrate with him. Today we're thinking of his wonderful birthmother who not only gave birth to him, but made the decision to place him for adoption. It's because of her that We are Mommy and Daddy today. We Love Isaac SO much... and couldn't imagine our life without him. He's growing so much everyday..and talking up a storm. And he's SO smart! He knows his address and the town he lives in. He knows he was born in Guatemala, and that he was adopted. He knows his ABC's and all the sounds that the letters make. And how to count to 12. AND he knows how to spell his name when asked! He LOVES music. He knows quite a few songs and loves to dance. Each night we have to dance in the kitchen..all 3 of us! I'm sure when people drive by and see me dancing they probably wonder what's up with that lady!? They can't see Isaac through the window becasue of his height! He gets SO excited when Daddy gets home from work! It's SO cute! He goes running to the door yelling "Daddy's home!" His favorite thing is to go in the hot tub or the "pool" as he calls it. He loves to go underwater with Daddy.

So today on your 3rd birthday, Isaac we want you to know that you are the light of our life! Our pride and joy! Our SONshine! We are blessed to be your parents, and We LOVE you to the MOON and BACK! Happy Birthday sweet baby boy!

Isaac is just LOVING his ABC's lately...He knows how to say them, and what sounds they make. I am SO proud of him!! He likes to line them up all accross the living room, and he gets mad if they don't go just the way he wants them too!

Isaac was loving to slide down this pole! And he wanted NO help from Mommy! He said " Isaac do!! No Mommy!" It made me so nervous!

Lots has been going on since my last update! As you can see from the pics, we bought a new camper. Coby and I went to Las vegas! And I had a baby shower for my Sister Dana, whos due June 13!

And right now as I type this I am in the hospital. I had my gallbladder out yesterday! I get to go home today! I'm just waiting to see the DR! I'm feeling pretty good though!

It's been a while........I know! I just don't seem to find the time to update as much as I used to. Here are a few pics from this Month and a few from last month.

We went to the Tundra Lodge in GreenBay, Wi at the end of March for Isaacs FOREVER FAMILY DAY. We spent some time with some good friends and went swimming and did a little shopping. Isaac LOVES the pool and had a lot of fun playing with his friends.

Today we celebrate our 1st FOREVER FAMILY DAY! We are celebrating the day we got Isaac in Guatemala and never had to give him back. It's an emotional day for me as I think back on that day and how nervous and Happy we were. We were going to be parents to a very energetic little boy! April 3rd is 1 year since we've been home. I plan on posting a slide show of pics from Isaacs 1st year home......but you'll have to come back for that. Right now we are in Appleton , WI. And are going to Greenbay later today to stay at the TUNDRA and hang out with friends.

This past Sunday we went sledding. The weather has been getting warmer so it looks like it was the last weekend for the hill. We went to Krooks hill, which is in a gus back yard. He keeps it up all winter and lets people come and sled for no charge. He has a fire going and hot chocolate, and smores for everyone! How nice!

Isaac LOVES our dog Ruger, or as Isaac calls him Eedoo. The other day I was making breakfast and Isaac told me "Isaac LOVES Eedoo!" And he kept hugging Ruger. It was SO cute!

Ruger thinks he's the king of the castle! Just look at how he streches out in the big chair!

Latley I've been clipping coupons. Now that I'm staying home, I want to save as much money as I can. In our local paper we get some coupons on Sunday, but not many. So I've been searching the internet for some sites that I can print coupons from. And I've found some interesting blogs. So I thought I'd share them.

Edited to add: Pamida in Ishpeing is doubling coupons all this week!

Today My Sister Stevie, Liam, Isaac and I went to the Ice Caves in Eben. It was pretty cool. I pulled Isaac in the sled....until we got to the rough terrain, then he had to walk.

Steep hill we had to climb.....see the rope? That's what we had to pull ourselves up the hill with. It wasn't easy to do with a toddler....very slippery. But we did it!

We found out that we were OUT of PGN, and Isaac was coming home soon! What a wonderful day that was! I can't believe that in a few months it will be a year that he's been home! Wow does time fly!

Today is also my friend Angela's 30th Birthday! Happy Birthday Angela!!
